Radiflam® BN100K AE

Radiflam® BN100K AE by Radici is a semi crystalline, heat stabilized, halogenated, self-extinguishing, flame retardant polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) grade reinforced with 30% glass fiber. Exhibits excellent mechanical strength and good heat-, weather-, stress-crack and abrasion resistance. Offers good thermal stability, high rigidity, high hardness, good strength and processability. Shows good chemical resistance towards motor oil, alcohol, gasoline, acids, toluene, dilute acids, etc. Provides high toughness, high dimensional stability and low moisture absorption. Is processed by injection molding. Manufactured parts possess good electrical and mechanical properties and colorability. Recommended for electrical/electronic industry (coil bobbins, relay housings, capacitor housings, connectors, circuit breaker housings, and lamp bases) and appliances and technical-industrial uses (iron skirts, knobs and timers on oven command panel, oven handles, toaster pop-up mechanisms, body for domestic gas meters, spotlights and in-line skate wheel hubs). Radiflam® BN100K AE by Radici is rated V-0 according to UL-94.
