ISPLEN PP 031 G1E by Repsol is phthalate-free, medium-low melt flow rate polypropylene homopolymer. It offers an optimum balance between mechanical and processing properties for the production of monofilaments and tapes with high tensile strength at break. It provides a good balance of processing and mechanical properties. It is formulated with a general-purpose additive package suitable for protecting the polymer during the extrusion process and final use. It is suitable for processing by sheet extrusion and blow molding. It is a low fibrillation tape for textile uses and high tenacity monofilaments and tapes for ropes and twines. ISPLEN PP 031 G1E is used in multifilaments, thermoforming, strapping, tapes, raffia, building and infrastructure.
