VTEC™ GF63

VTEC™ GF63 by Richard Blaine International is a self-lubricated, polyimide (PI) grade reinforced with glass fibers. Exhibits dimensional stability, strength at high temperature, low torque, low cost and low outgassing. Shows low moisture absorption, high compressive strength, low friction, non-abrasion, deforming under load, high electrical and mechanical properties. Offers zero metal/mineral extractables, equal CTE in x, y and z directions, resistance to creep, flame-, chemical, radiation and plasma etching. VTEC™ GF63 is recommended for automotive wear, thrust washers, seal rings, seals, electric motor components, ball bearing cages, retainers and industrial applications.
