Polystone® M

Polystone® M is an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (PE-UHMW/PE 1000) grade by Rochling Engineering Plastics. Is available in natural, black, green and special colors. Exhibits outstanding sliding properties and excellent performance capability when used at temperatures down to -200°C. Shows low coefficient of friction, high impact strength, no water absorption and self-lubricating properties. Provides high abrasion-, corrosion-, chemical-, stress crack-, dynamic stresses- and wear resistance. Polystone® M is suitable for processing by compression molding. Designed for compression molded sheets, skived sheets, round rods and profiles. Used in chemical engineering, general conveyor technology, chain & cam guidance, general mechanical engineering and food-, bearing-, bottling- and packaging industries. Complies with UL 94 HB flame rating.
