SUSTASON PSU

Technical Datasheet | Supplied by Röchling Group
SUSTASON PSU by Röchling Group is a natural colored, self-extinguishing, hardly inflammable, amorphous, transparent polysulfone [PSU] grade with trace of yellow. It exhibits high rigidity as well as outstanding hydrolysis resistance, extremely good dimensional stability, low absorption of moisture, low smoke development, good resistance to high-energy radiation, exceptionally low radiation absorption in the microwave range, high tensile strength, stiffness and hardness over a large temperature range. It has good machinability, good thermoformability, good adhesive properties, good weldability, high continuous service temperature, low linear coefficient of thermal expansion and good electrical insulating properties. It is used in electrical and electronic industry e.g. coil bodies, switch parts, plug-in connectors, microwave components, medical technology e.g. laboratory equipment, medical devices and foodstuffs industry e.g. milking machine parts, valves, bottling units. SUSTASON PSU complies with REACH.
