PLEXIGLAS® Heatresist FT15

PLEXIGLAS® Heatresist FT15 by Roehm is a special acrylic-based polymer. Exhibits high light transmission and good weather resistance. Shows comparable properties to those of PLEXIGLAS® standard molding compounds. Offers high heat deflection temperature combined with good flow. Suitable for processing by injection molding machines with 3-zone general purpose screws for thermoplastics (good pre-desiccation must be pointed out). PLEXIGLAS® Heatresist FT15 is used in luminaire covers, automotive lights and technical moldings exposed to high temperatures. This grade complies with UL 94 flammability regulations.
