PermaStat® 300

PermaStat® 300 by RTP Company is an all polymeric, permanently anti-static polycarbonate (PC) grade. It offers electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection. It provides good creep resistance, excellent impact strength, high heat resistance and good electrical properties. It exhibits colorability, transparency, toughness, dimensional stability and low fatigue endurance. It is stable to water, mineral and organic acids, partially soluble in aromatic hydrocarbons and soluble in chlorinated compounds. It can be processed using injection molding. PermaStat® 300 is recommended for automotive, healthcare, electrical & electronics and industrial applications. It is used in instrument housings, fittings and components for fuel dispensers, conveyor rollers & guides, inhalation devices, ECG sensors & other bioelectrical components, pipette tips, sterilization cases, fuel system connectors, filler necks, fuel valves & filters, bexels for electronics, electro-static painting. It complies with the UL94 HB flame rating.
