RTP 1003 TFE 15

RTP 1003 TFE 15 is a crystalline, high molecular weight, lubricated polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) reinforced with 20 % glass fiber and 15 % polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). Exhibits good wear resistance, low friction, low water absorption, good moldability & strength, good resistance to oxidation in hot air, rapid crystallization, good dimensional stability, high heat resistance, good chemical resistance, short mold cycle and good electrical properties. Can be processed using injection molding. Recommended for automotive, electrical & electronics, and industrial applications including actuator gearing, latch components, leaf spring spacers, housings, bearings, gears, cams, pump impellers, rollers, and sliding components, such as cover panels, doors & latches on consumer electronics.
