It is able to withstand high temperatures, pressure, velocity, chemicals and demanding tolerances. It replaces oils and grease applied in messy secondary operations with internally lubricated plastics. Offers buzz-squeak-rattle (BSR) to eliminate noise caused by part movement and vibration with economical compound technology. Possible applications include bearings, bushings, gears, highly cosmetic parts, piston heads, pulleys, rollers, seals, skid plates and syringes. Exhibits good friction-, scratch- and mar resistance. RTP 1399 X 94046 A is suitable for processing by injection molding. It reduces stick-slip phenomenon by selecting materials based on Glide Factor data.
