RTP 200 A TC-I-10

RTP 200 A TC-I-10 is a thermally conductive, electrically insulative, tough, abrasion-resistant nylon (polyamide) 6 grade possessing 95% reflectivity. Exhibits strength, stiffness and chemical resistance to hydrocarbons. Shows improved surface appearance, creep resistance and processability compared to nylon 6/6. Also exhibits molding at low cost, lower weight than traditional heat sink materials, consistent heat dissipation and inherent corrosion resistance. It can be processed using injection molding. Suitable for use in applications where toughness, lubricity, and wear are important, such as gear wheels. Applications include LED luminaires, consumer electronic devices, aerospace & automotive cooling systems, motor & battery housings, temperature sensors and heat exchangers.
