RTP 2500 FR-110

RTP 2500 FR-110 by RTP Company is a halogen free, flame retardant polycarbonate and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (PC+ABS) alloy. It exhibits increased ignition resistance, reduced smoke & fume generation, speed of flame spread and heat release. It provides good processability, toughness even at low temperatures, dimensional stability and high heat distortion temperature. It offers low temperature impact resistance, poor chemical resistance, weatherability and low fatigue endurance. Can be processed using injection molding. It is recommended for electrical & electronics and industrial applications. RTP 2500 FR-110 housings, connectors, bezels, wire & cable coatings, tape storage products, strain reliefs, control housings for pumps, motors & test equipment, HVAC drain pans, plenum space covers and vents. It complies with the RoHS and UL94 V-0 flame rating.
