RTP 4405 FR is a high temperature nylon [HTN] grade reinforced with 30% glass fiber and with flame retardant. Enables low moisture absorption, good high temperature properties and chemical resistance. Exhibits better temperature resistance and dimensional stability. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Application include connectors and fittings used in distribution transformers, coil forms, encapsulated solenoids, lamp reflectors, stack insulators, fuse holders, brackets and under-the-hood automotive applications. Also used in automotive (seat handles), pumps, motors & test equipment, HVAC drain pans, vents and electrostatic painting. Complies with UL 94 and RoHS
