RTP 901

RTP 901 is a self-extinguishing polysulfone (PSU) grade reinforced with 10% glass fiber. Exhibits enhanced physical properties and heat resistance. It can be processed using injection molding. The inherent properties of this material make it ideal for electrical and electronic applications. It can be an excellent alternative to metal in applications where strength, dimensional stability, and toughness are important. Possible applications of RTP 900 include a vibratory expiratory pressure device that helps in clearing air for patients suffering from respiratory difficulties. Typical applications include pump & tool housings, HVAC base pans & fan blades, panels, handles, brackets & components used in heavy equipments, plumbing fittings, valve bodies, gears for conveyor drives and power tools.
