EXTEM™ Resin RH1016UCL

EXTEM™ Resin RH1016UCL by SABIC is a transparent, unreinforced, non halogenated and non Cl/Br flame retardant thermoplastic polyimide (TPI) resin.

It provides high strength & stiffness, high flow, low moisture absorption & extractables and low warpage-, smoke and toxicity.
It offers high glass transition temperature (Tg) of 279°C and good dielectric strength.
It exhibits low shrinkage, excellent mechanical and electrical properties up to high temperatures.
It has good IR transparency and a high refractive index making it an excellent candidate for SMT at JEDEC standard temperature of 260°C.
It possesses good chemical & creep resistance and good dimensional stability & processability.
It is processed by lead free soldering, micro & injection molding method.
It is applicable for optical lenses, connectors, computer, mobile phones, industrial, electrical and electronics market.
EXTEM™ Resin RH1016UCL is complies with RoHS and halogen-free according to standards IEC 61249-2-21, IPC 4101E and JEDEC JS709B.
