LEXAN™ Resin HPS1

LEXAN Resin HPS1 by SABIC is amorphous polycarbonate. It is biocompatible and EtO, e-beam and gamma sterilizable grade containing mold release. It offers high flow, formulation control, good ductility, toughness and clarity. It shows reduced color shift after sterilization compared to unstabilized polycarbonate resins. LEXAN™ Resin HPS1 is processed by injection molding and used for medical devices and pharmaceutical applications. LEXAN Resin HPS1 complies with ISO10993/USP Class VI.
