LEXAN Resin PK2870 (Americas) by SABIC is an amorphous Polycarbonate resin. It is a heat stabilized, high viscosity branched grade possessing high mechanical, optical, electrical, and thermal properties. Exhibits high melt strength, high impact resistance, outstanding dimensional stability, and high-quality transparency. LEXAN Resin PK2870 (Americas) is suitable for processing by injection or extrusion blow molding and used in manufacture of transparent water bottles. Complies with FDA 21CFR177.1580 and European food contact regulation EC Directive 2002/72/EC.
