LNP™ THERMOCOMP™ Compound UF0067V

LNP™ THERMOCOMP™ Compound UF0067V by SABIC is a compound based on PFAS-free, heat stabilized, polyphthalamide (PPA) resin containing 30% glass fiber. It is available in black color only. This SMT process capable grade displays improved plating surface and mechanical performance suitable for laser direct structuring (LDS) applications. It exhibits high heat resistance and high stiffness & modulus. LNP™ THERMOCOMP™ Compound UF0067V contains non-brominated & non-chlorinated flame retardant. It is processed by injection molding.
