LNP™ THERMOCOMP™ Compound UX08325

LNP™ THERMOCOMP™ Compound UX08325 by SABIC is based on polyphthalamide (PPA) resin containing 30% glass fiber. This SMT process capable grade displays improved plating surface and mechanical performance suitable for laser direct structuring (LDS) applications. It exhibits mold release properties, high stiffness & modulus and high heat resistance. LNP™ THERMOCOMP™ Compound UX08325 is processed by injection molding.
