NORYL™ Resin EN185 (Americas)

NORYL™ Resin EN185 (Americas) by SABIC is a non-reinforced, heat stabilized and impact modified blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) and high impact polystyrene (HIPS). It is a flame retarded halogen-free, non-chlorinated and non-brominated alloy. It exhibits high impact resistance, hydrolytic stability and good stiffness. It provides excellent impact strength, very low moisture absorption, good dimensional stability and great machinability. It is processed by extrusion. It is recommended for fiber optic ducting and mass transportation like rail. NORYL™ Resin EN185 (Americas) is suitable for electronics, electrical devices, displays, components and infrastructure. Complies with UL 94 V-1, V-0 flame rating.
