ULTEM™ resin 3473

ULTEM™ resin 3473 by SABIC is a glass fiber reinforced polyetherimide (PEI) and polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) blend that combines the benefits of an amorphous and a semicrystalline material. It provides excellent combination of reliable metallization, SMT lead free solder capability and extreme dimensional stability up to high temperatures.

It is a lightweight alternative to aluminum solutions.
Suitable for processing by injection molding and compression molding.
ULTEM™ resin 3473 offers high flow, high stiffness and high strength.
It is recommended for electrical applications.
It is PFAs free and is RoHS compliant.
