SELVOL™ 350 by Sekisui Chemical is an off-white colored, fully hydrolyzed polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH or PVA) grade available in the form of granules. It is manufactured from vinyl acetate monomer (VAM) via a multistep process. Exhibits high tensile strength, excellent adhesive & bonding characteristics and ease of film formation. Offers solubility in hot water and excellent stability to sunlight. Provides resistance to greases, petroleum hydrocarbons, animal or vegetable oils and organic solvents. SELVOL™ 350 is recommended for adhesive applications such as envelope, wood, tube winding, book binding, padding, solid fiber lamination, cup, cigarette fiber and carton/ case sealing, surface sizing, flourchemical carrier, grease resistant papers, inkjet and creping & speciality films and molded products.
