Chromodyn™ TT25TI

Chromodyn™ TT25TI by Shakespeare is a high-flow, linear polyamide terpolymer with unique solubility characteristics and physical properties. It is also suitable as an impact modifier. It is compatible with other nylons and ideal nylon carrier resins for color & functional additives requiring excellent dispersion and high loading. It offers improved adhesion to glass and metal surfaces. Because of its low molecular weight, the solution viscosity of Chromodyn™ TT25TI resin is lower than comparable nylon terpolymers. The lower solution viscosity penetrates the thread bundle more readily and results in stronger bonding. It shows increased softness and flexibility. It is soluble in anhydrous methanol, n-propanol and in presence of water with ethanol, isopropanol & n-butanol. It can be applied by solution coating techniques. It is designed for pigment carrier, polymer additives and thread bonding.
