MicroFLON® S-207 by Shamrock Technologies is a finest in process-controlled virgin polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) grade in micronized form. Offers good lubrication, easy dispersion and good wear resistance. It reduces friction and noise. Shows high thermal stability and improves stick-slip response. Designed for high temperature applications. Recommended dosage level of MicroFLON® S-207 ranges from 10-30% of total formula weight. Compatible with polyesters, polyamides, polyacetals and polycarbonate. Suitable for use as a processing aid ideal for polyphenylene sulfide, polyimide and polyether ether ketone.
