SIMONA® PVC Type I

SIMONA® PVC Type I by Simona is a rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC) grade. Available as dark grey and white colored solid state. Exhibits good impact resistance, excellent chemical & corrosion resistance. It is easy to fabricate, weld and machine. Can be machined by using deep drawing, riveting, turning, glueing, milling, backing, laminating, lacquering, cold curving, drilling, printing, die-cutting, water-jet cutting, cold forming, bolting, sawing, cutting and warm bending. SIMONA® PVC Type I by Simona is recommended for chemical tank & equipment construction, lining & composite construction, laboratory engineering, air-conditioning & ventilation systems, mobility, environmental technology, tanks & equipment and chemical process applications. SIMONA® PVC Type I complies with TSCA regulations, flammability D 635 : self-extinguishing and meets UL 94 V-0 and UL 94 5V regulations.
