Amodel® AT-1002 HS

Amodel® AT-1002 HS by Syensqo is a polyphthalamide (PPA) grade that is natural or black in color, ductile, neat, toughened, impact-modified, lubricated, and heat-stabilized. It demonstrates strong mold release, reduced warpage, and hot water moldability. Compared to many thermoplastic polyester and nylon resins without reinforcement, it has greater mechanical qualities. It offers outstanding property retention during humid thermal aging and good chemical and low temperature impact resistance. It is suitable for water-heated injection molding processes. It is advised for use in machine/mechanical, valve, and electrical/electronic parts as well as connectors, sockets, sensors, automotive electronics, and under-the-hood applications. Amodel® AT-1002 HS complies with RoHS and Automotive specifications DELPHI M-4853, DELPHI MS008756, DELPHI MS008759, FORD WSS-M4D1008-A1 and GM GMP.PPA.015.
