Torlon® 4645

Torlon® 4645 by Syensqo is a flame retardant, self-lubricating, semi-conductive polyamide-imide (PAI) grade reinforced with carbon fiber. Contains polytetrafluoroethylene lubricant as an additive. Exhibits good chemical resistance, good creep resistance, high stiffness and good wear resistance. Offers high heat resistance, low friction and high temperature strength. Is suitable for processing by injection molding, machining and profile extrusion. Torlon® 4645 is recommended for automotive, bearings, bushings, thrust washers, seal rings, sliding vanes, bobbins, clutch rollers and piston applications.
