Somos® WeatherX™ 100 by Stratasys is an environmentally durable DLP photopolymer developed for 3D printing functional testing prototypes and end-use parts. It produces parts repeatedly and predictably, with the right set of performance properties that last over time.
  • It exhibits optimized balance of weather-, chemical- & temperature resistance, toughness and dimensional stability.
  • It shows robust material behavior in printing and post-processing.
  • Provides low water absorption and lasting mechanical & functional properties, even compared to UV-stabilized thermoplastics.
  • Allows good print resolution suitable for challenging geometries, easy & fast post-processing, black color consistently across the print, and isotropic properties throughout the printed part.
  • It is used in transportation/outdoor vehicles (motorcycle components, housings, switches, trim pieces), industrial equipment (irrigation components, instrumentation, filters), and consumer goods (sports & leisure, backpack clips, binding straps).
  • Somos® WeatherX™ 100 is also used in interior and exterior applications exposed to UV and humid environments.
