Amodel® HFFR R1-145

Amodel® HFFR R1-145 by Syensqo is a halogen-free, flame-retardant polyphthalamide (PPA) grade designed for e-motor, power electronics and the gearbox into one single consolidated electric drive system. It is a bio-sourced long-chain PPA made from non-food competing biomass and produced using 100% renewable electricity. It is suitable for reflow soldering processes. It shows excellent dimensional stability and highly compact systems using miniaturized components. It has uncontrolled thermal excursion and minimizes the risk of electronic corrosion. It exhibits low moisture absorption, high elongation, weld line strength, excellent dimensional stability and chemical resistance. It also enhances the smooth surface finish and colorability. Amodel® HFFR R1-145 has the lowest global warming potential (GWP) of all PPA resins.
