KetaSpire® KT-850 SCF 30 by Syensqo is a carbon fiber filled polyether ether ketone (PEEK) grade designed for precision brake systems and e-mobility electronic pump components. Provides a balance of high-performance properties including coefficient of friction, mechanical strength, dimensional tolerance control and sealing capability. It offers overall cost reduction and flowability required for filling the parts. It outperformed the processability allowing for much higher production yields and an enhanced surface finish with better sealing and mechanical performance. KetaSpire® KT-850 SCF 30 enables aluminum metal replacement by improving the flow characteristics of the material and the surface finish parts.
