KetaSpire® KT-857 by Syensqo is a high purity polyetheretherketone (PEEK) extrusion compound. It is designed especially for copper magnet wire insulation in electric motors.

It provides monolayer solution which eliminates adhesion and sustainability constraints of conventional PEEK or enamel insulation processes.
It offers excellent chemical resistance to organics, acids and bases, very good wear, fatigue and abrasion resistance.
It provides excellent dimensional stability and excellent resistance to hydrolysis in boiling water and superheated steam.
KetaSpire® KT-857 also offers ease of processing and outstanding dielectric with low loss at high temperatures and frequencies.
