KetaSpire® PEEK AM Filament CF10 HC by Syensqo is 10% carbon fiber filled polyether ether ketone (PEEK) grade with increased strength. This filament is for premium additive manufacturing/ 3D printing applications. It enables parts to be printed with low porosity, high density and exceptional inter-layer strength in all directions. It is used in high-performance healthcare applications such as patient-specific cutting guides for surgery and for complex components in single-use and reusable medical devices. It provides exceptional chemical-, outstanding wear- and abrasion- resistance. These properties make it particularly suitable for metal replacement. KetaSpire® PEEK AM Filament CF10 HC passes ISO 10993 limited contact testing (having less than 24 hours contact with bodily fluids and tissue).
