Torlon® 4275

Torlon® 4275 by Syensqo is a flame retardant, self-lubricating, semi-conductive polyamide-imide (PAI) grade. It contains polytetrafluoroethylene and graphite lubricant as additives.

Offers good chemical-, creep-, heat- and wear resistance.
Exhibits low friction, high temperature strength, high stiffness and high tensile modulus.
Is suitable for processing by injection molding, machining and profile extrusion.
Recommended for aerospace & aircraft, industrial, automotive and transmission applications such as thrust washers and spline liners.
Suitable for metal replacement, rollers, sealing devices and seals.
Torlon® 4275 is used for valve seats, bushings, bearings, wear rings, cams, gears, machine and mechanical parts.
Complies with RoHS and ASTM D4000 PAI000 L23 A22334 GA15 DZ1Z2Z3Z4Z5, Dwg 3C3P-7D019-BA & CHRYSLER MS-DB405 CPN3373 automotive specifications.
