Veradel® 3300 SL 30

Veradel® 3300 SL 30 by Syensqo is a wear-resistant polyethersulfone (PESU) grade reinforced with carbon fiber, graphite and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). It can withstand broad temperature ranges (-40°C to 200°C) and exhibits toughness, low coefficient of friction, good dimensional stability, good resistance to oil & exhaust gases, good chemical resistance, high heat deflection temperature, hydrolytic stability, good electrical properties and good optical properties. Can be processed using injection molding. Formulated to replace metal in automotive applications including powertrain, oil pumps, and exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) systems. Veradel® 3300 SL 30 complies with carbon emission standards in Europe and Corporate Average Fuel Economy (CAFE) standards in the U.S. and China.
