Electrafil® ABS SS16 FR BK

Electrafil® ABS SS16 FR BK is a flame retardant acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) grade reinforced with 16 % stainless steel fiber. Exhibits electromagnetic (EMI) radiation shielding, electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection, electrical conductivity, good chemical resistance, excellent toughness, and low wear. Can be processed using injection molding. Possible automotive, electrical & electronic applications include instrument panel bezels, fuel filter housings in automotive products, business machine covers, electrical & electronic housings, disc drive covers, packaging & shipping containers, drive components, fuel line clips, pump components, HVAC components, seals, bearings, internal gears, pulleys, connectors, coil insulation, cooling plates, LED lighting components, and EMI/RFI shielding components. It complies with the REACH and RoHS-2 regulations.
