Electrafil® TPX-HTN-01045 A is a black colored, heat stabilized, lubricated unspecified thermoplastic grade reinforced with 40 % carbon fiber. Possesses high toughness, low wear, high temperature strength and offers good chemical resistance. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Potential applications include manufacturing of automotive parts like panel bezels, fuel filter housings, business machine covers, disc drive covers, drive components, fuel line clips, pump components and HVAC components, electric and electronic applications, internal gears, pulleys, connectors, housings, coil insulation, cooling plates, LED lighting components and EMI/RFI shielding components, seals, bearings, packaging and shipping containers. Complies with UL certification.
