TORAYCA® TLP1060

TORAYCA® TLP1060 by Toray is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) which is reinforced with 30% long carbon fiber. It is a light weight grade and possesses excellent mechanical strength, rigidity, stiffness, dimensional accuracy, low molding shrinkage, coefficient of linear expansion and specific gravity. Offers creep-, fatigue- and abrasion resistance. Provides excellent sliding properties, electrical conductivity and electromagnetic shielding performance. TORAYCA® TLP1060 can be processed using injection molding. Compiles with UL 94 HB Flame Rating.
