3727WZ by Total Refining and Chemicals is a new high performance polypropylene (PP) grade. It contains an antistat to help protect molded parts from dust accumulation and is formulated to provide fast cycle times and improve contact clarity in thin wall multi-cavity molds. Offers improved impact strength, strikes an optimum balance between excellent mechanical properties (tensile, flex and impact) and processability making it a superior molding grade for cap and closure applications. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Recommended for large thin wall parts, caps and closures. Applications of 3727WZ include disposable, spunlaid nonwovens, consumer packaging<5L, cast consumer packaging, health and personal care, geosynthetics and technical textiles, containers, food and beverage packaging. Is a FDA compliant grade.
