VESTOLIT® E 8001

VESTOLIT® E 8001 by Vestolit (Orbia Group) is an alkali prestabilized polyvinyl chloride (PVC) homopolymer emulsion grade. It can be processed by compact coating and dipping. Suitable for producing medium viscosity pastes with pseudoplastic flow and good storage stability. The particle size distribution of VESTOLIT® E 8001 has only a very low percentage of coarse particles and is used above mainly in the manufacture of compact coated wallpaper by either reverse roll coating or rotational screen printing. It is recommended for the production of imitation leather, coated fabrics, wall coverings, floorings & conveyor belts and is feasible for dipping, casting & spray coating.
