Vinnolit® E 80 TT

Vinnolit® E 80 TT by Westlake Vinnolit is an emulsion type paste making polyvinyl chloride (PVC) homopolymer having a fine particle size. It is giving low viscosity plastisols with excellent viscosity stability. At medium plasticizer concentrations, pastes exhibit almost Newtonian rheology across a wide shear range. Exhibits very good paste deaeration, linear rheology, excellent transparency with matt surface and low water absorption in the finished product. Suitable for rotational molding applications. It is recommended for the production of transparent topcoats for CV-flooring, as well as for filled and unfilled rigid to semi-rigid topcoats. Recommended for toys, balls, floor coverings, artificial leather, textile coating, metal coating such as a coil coating. Vinnolit® E 80 TT is registered with ECL (Existing Chemicals List), ENCS (Handbook of Existing and New Chemical Substances), AICS (Australian Inventory of Chemical Substances), IECSC (Inventory of Existing Chemical Substances in China), DSL (Domestic Substance List), PICCS (Philippine Inventory of Chemicals and Chemical Substances), TSCA (Toxic Substance Control Act Chemical Substance Inventory) and REACH (Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006).
