Vinnolit® MP 6852

Vinnolit® MP 6852 by Westlake Vinnolit is a fine-particle, low/medium molecular weight PVC homopolymer with a low/medium emulsifier content. Provides low viscosity at both low and high shear rates with essentially Newtonian flow characteristics. Designed for low plasticizer/high filler level spread coatings, especially chemically blown foam coats for cushioned vinyl flooring, wall-covering, and synthetic leather, where a fine cell structure is required. Exhibits general excellent gelation/fusion rates and gives good thermal/light stability with a wide range of stabilizers. Suitable for general-purpose compact coating/molding applications producing a gloss surface finish. Can be applied by spread coating and rotational molding processes.
