Globeius has launched as a new company serving the North American plastics industry. Globeius is a new company that has been formed to provide machinery, equipment and technical support to the North and South American plastics industry. The company will be exhibiting for the first time at the upcoming Amerimold 2021 show in Rosemont, IL, being held September 21-23 at the Donald Stephens Convention Center (Booth 328).
Rebranding to Reflect New Identity
Headquartered in Miami, Globeius is the new name of the well-known manufacturer’s representative organization Plastics Solutions, Inc., a company that has served the Latin American plastics industry for almost 40 years. The company has recently expanded with new products and new personnel and has rebranded to reflect its new identity. It has also expanded its geographical coverage to include all of North and South America and has added products for both the agricultural and other industrial markets.

While we have served Latin America for 40 years, we were not actively doing business in the USA until just a couple years ago,” said Ernesto Sosa, president of Globeius. “
It may not have seemed like the best time to expand and launch a new company during a global pandemic, but for us the timing was good,” Sosa said.
“
We had been asked by several of our clients if we would consider distributing and servicing their products in the USA and Canada. We also were able to secure representation for several new lines of products.”
Variety of Machinery and Equipment
Globeius sells and services a wide variety of machinery and equipment for the plastics industry and has added no fewer than 11 new product lines over the past two years. Three of those new product lines will be on display at Amerimold, where the company will showcase its extensive offerings for the mold making market, including:
- Matsui (material handling auxiliaries, added 2020)
- MouldPro (mold cooling, thermal management, mold clamping, tools, consumables, added 2020)
- FIPA (EOAT components, added 2019)
- Rack Storage (heavy duty mold racks)
- Slide (mold releases, greases, cleaners, purging compounds)
- Crizaf (belt conveyors and separators)
- Ice Sonic (dry ice blasters)
- Powertech (hot runner cables and wiring systems)
- C-Sert (permanent thread repair inserts)
