SANTOPRENE™ 121-73W175 by Celanese is a soft, black-colored polyolefin-based thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade. Exhibits chemical-, UV- and excellent ozone resistance. It is recyclable within the manufacturing stream and shear-dependent. Shows good physical properties. Suitable for processing by co-extrusion, profile-, sheet extrusion, thermo- and vacuum forming. Recommended for applications requiring excellent flex fatigue resistance. Used in automotive applications like seals & gaskets, weather seals, exterior trim, industrial applications like expansion joints, rail pads, rail boots, residential window and door seals, water stops for containment structures and outdoor applications. SANTOPRENE™ 121-73W175 complies with RoHS and UL94 HB flame rating.
