SANTOPRENE™ 8211-35 by Celanese is a soft polyolefin-based thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade. It is a neutral, non-hygroscopic, colorable resin exhibiting chemical resistance. Provides good physical properties. It is recyclable within the manufacturing stream, shear-dependent. Suitable for processing by injection blow molding, multi injection molding, profile & sheet extrusion, thermoforming, vacuum forming and extrusion blow molding. Used in sealing applications, automotive applications like grips, HVAC flapper door seals, interior mat, weather seals, consumer applications, soft-touch grips, cell phones, seals and gaskets. Recommended for applications requiring excellent ozone- and flex fatigue resistance. SANTOPRENE™ 8211-35 is a RoHS compliant grade.
