Desmopan® 1485A

Desmopan® 1485A by Covestro is a thermoplastic polyurethane (ester-based) block copolymer grade. Exhibits very large processing window and high melt stability. Its linear polymeric chains consist of alternating flexible, elastic segments with a low glass transition temperature and rigid crystalline segments with a high melting point. Designed for extrusion blow molding and injection molding methods. Desmopan® 1485A is recommended for bellows, hoses, profiles and engineering parts.

This product is no longer available and is replaced by Desmopan® 385 E.
