Covestro
Texin® 288ALW by Covestro is an aromatic polyester-based thermoplastic polyurethane. It exhibits excellent low-temperature properties, excellent fuel and oil resistance. It is processed by injection molding and extrusion (sheet, tubing, profiles, cable).
  • It offers outstanding abrasion resistance, impact strength, toughness, and flexibility.
  • It provides excellent adhesion when overmolded onto harder substrates e.g, PC, ABS, etc.
  • It is also well suited for applications requiring post molding decoration or painting.
  • Texin® 288ALW is used in casters, couplings, sleeves, gears, bushings, industrial components, and identification tags.
