Texin® 8280D by Covestro is an aliphatic polyester-based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). It exhibits high rigidity, excellent clarity, low yellowing, as well as very good scratch-, chemical- and impact resistance. It is suitable for processing by injection molding and extrusion. Texin® 8280D is used in sight windows, lenses, screen protectors, graphic films, and lighting covers.
