Texin® 950D

Texin® 950D by Covestro is aromatic polyester-based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). It offers outstanding abrasion resistance, impact strength, toughness and flexibility. It is suitable for processing by injection molding, extrusion and blow molding.
  • It exhibits excellent inherent resistance to salt water stress cracking and hydrolysis.
  • It is designed for gaskets, hose, tubing, shoe inserts, connectors, belting, and miscellaneous molded articles.
  • Texin® 950D complies with FDA regulations 21 CFR 177.1680 and 21 CFR 177.2600.
  • It is listed under NSF standard 61 for use in potable water applications.
