Texin® 950DU by Covestro is a polyether-based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). It offers outstanding abrasion resistance, impact strength, toughness, and flexibility. It is suitable for processing by injection molding and extrusion.
  • It exhibits inherent resistance to salt water stress cracking and hydrolysis.
  • It is stabilized against degradation due to heat and UV exposure.
  • Texin® 950DU is used in gasketed hose, tubing, shoe inserts, connectors, belting, and miscellaneous molded articles.
  • It is listed under NSF standard 61 for use in potable water applications.
