Texin® RxT76D by Covestro is an aromatic, biocompatible polyether-based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) designed for medical applications. It is suitable for processing by injection molding and extrusion.
  • It offers outstanding abrasion resistance, biocompatibility, impact strength, toughness and flexibility.
  • It exhibits excellent hydrolytic stability and microbial resistance.
  • Texin® RxT76D meets with the requirements of the FDA-modified ISO 10993, Part 1 "Biological Evaluation of Medical Devices" tests with human tissue contact time of 30 days or less.
