NORDEL™ IP 4520

NORDEL™ IP 4520 by Dow Chemical is an ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) grade with medium molecular weight distribution. Contains 50% of mass ethylene, 4.9% of mass 5-ethylidenenorbornene (ENB) and <1% mass crystallinity. Exhibits ultra-low gel, easy processing and exceptional uniformity. Is highly reproducible and provides predictable results and low catalyst residues for reduced scrap. NORDEL™ IP 4520 is recommended for molded seals, brake diaphragms and hoses, washing machine gaskets, sealants, mechanical rubber, automotive weatherstrip corner molding and processing improvers. Complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 and 21 CFR 175.105.
